Return Policy for NutriRoutine physical goods

As of today

Flexbrfresher wants every planner, tin, and card deck to feel purposeful; this policy explains how to send items back when they do not meet expectations.

It works alongside the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which continues to apply regardless of anything written here.

Eligibility overview

You may return most unused products within fourteen calendar days of delivery provided seals, shrink wrap, and included accessories remain intact.

Custom-printed batches, digital downloads already accessed, or hygiene-sensitive inserts opened beyond inspection are non-refundable unless defective.

Change-of-mind process

Email support@flexbrfresher.world with your order number, reason for return, and photos of packaging; we reply with a return merchandise authorisation and courier label when applicable.

Refunds exclude original outbound shipping unless we mis-described the product; inbound shipping may be deducted from the refund if you choose your own carrier without approval.

Defective or damaged items

Inspect parcels upon arrival; report dented tins, misprints, or missing pages within forty-eight hours with photographs so we can file carrier claims quickly.

We will replace stock at no charge, offer store credit, or refund the product portion depending on availability and your preference.

Warranty service

Hardware components such as tin clasps carry a six-month workmanship warranty covering manufacturing flaws but not corrosion from salt-air storage.

Submit warranty tickets through Reach Us with proof of purchase; approved repairs or swaps ship within five business days when inventory allows.

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges depend on stock; if an item sells out, we refund instead of holding your payment indefinitely.

Price differences and additional shipping may apply when moving to higher-tier bundles.

International returns

Customers outside New Zealand must declare returns accurately on customs forms; duties NutriRoutine prepaid are not refundable if you refuse delivery.

Currency fluctuations between purchase and refund dates follow your card issuer’s policies.

Gift recipients

Gift recipients may exchange for store credit equal to the purchaser’s paid amount once we verify the original order ID and shipping address.

Refusal of abusive returns

We may decline service if patterns suggest fraud, empty-box claims without evidence, or attempts to serially use products before returning them.

Processing timelines

Refunds post within seven business days after we receive and inspect goods, though banks may need additional days to display credits.
