Orders, pricing, and taxes

Warranties and disclaimers
Physical goods ship free of material defects at the time of delivery; normal wear, improper cleaning, or outdoor storage voids coverage.

We may suspend access if you harass staff, abuse return policies, or attempt to manipulate reviews; termination does not erase payment obligations for goods already shipped.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, or government orders, provided the affected party notifies the other promptly.
Governing law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hamilton for any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
